Privacy Policy

Take Fleet provides live driver tracking and job status updates for dispatched fleets. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

  • Company/Dispatcher accounts: email, name, company code, and portal activity.
  • Driver accounts: email, name, phone number, vehicle details, and real-time location while online.
  • Customer tracking sessions: anonymous auth identifiers, tracking token usage, and basic device/usage logs.
  • Job data: pickup/dropoff titles, coordinates, timestamps, and status history created by dispatchers or drivers.

2. How We Use Information

  • To show customers the live location, ETA, and status of their assigned driver.
  • To let drivers and dispatchers coordinate jobs and maintain job history.
  • To improve reliability, safety, and support.

3. Sharing of Information

We share only what is necessary for tracking:

  • Customers see the assigned driver’s first name, vehicle info, job status, and live location.
  • Dispatchers see driver and job information for their own company.
  • We do not sell personal data.

4. Location Data

Drivers control when location sharing is on (for example, while online or on a job). Customers can only view location for jobs they have claimed with a valid tracking code.

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain job records and location history only as long as needed for operational and support purposes. We use industry-standard security measures to protect data.

6. Your Choices

  • Drivers may turn off location sharing by going offline.
  • Companies may delete or cancel jobs in their portal.
  • You may request access or deletion of your data by contacting us.
